Rules of the Show

Rules

• Entries to be staged at the Village Hall, Garton Road on the show day 9am to 11am (PROMPT PLEASE)
• Only one entry per person per class please, except for flower classes 71 to 79.
• Trophies to be held until June the following year.  Engraving on the trophies where possible can be done at winners’ expense.  Trophies must be returned to a committee member by 1st June 2027.
• Distribution of the prize money and presentation of trophies at 3.15pm on the day of the show.
• For Novice Classes entrants must not have won a prize in the section previously. Novices may enter other classes.
• Anyone exhibiting any produce belonging to another person and entering it as their own, or otherwise attempting to gain prizes by unfair means shall forfeit all claims to such prizes.
• The committee cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to any property of the exhibitors.
• All matters not specifically provided for elsewhere in these rules shall be left to the discretion of the committee whose decision is final.
